兹提述公司日期为2023年8月4日有关以公开挂牌(由于并未收到公开挂牌的出价，因此该公开挂牌并未进行)方式出售待售股份(即公司间接全资附属公司启富的一间全资附属公司的股权)及转让相关债务的公告(8月公告)。除另有界定者外，本公告应采用8月公告所界定的简称。经考虑当前市况，公司正考虑是否再次进行公开挂牌，出售待售股份及相关债务。有关交易可能会亦可能不会进行。
此外，公司已向联交所申请由2024年10月2日上午九时正起恢复公司股份买卖。
