联众(06899.HK) 公布，有关其附属AGAE(AGAE.US) 终止引入战略投资者的交易，鉴于公司此前向AGAE发出律师函提出相关诉求后，截至昨日(3日)公司仍未收到回复。近日，公司已向AGAE发出追加的律师函要求AGAE尽快做出回应，并要求AGAE根据其章程及适用法律尽快且不迟于北京时间12月25日召开其今年度周年股东大会。
同时，联众董事会主席、执行董事兼首席执行官陆京生已正式向AGAE提名及企业管治委员会发出律师函，以AGAE提名及企业管治委员会成员的身份，提出有关提名章力及马少华担任AGAE董事，以替代现任董事郭玉石及曲远飞的相应诉求。公司将视问询及调查结果采取适当措施，坚决维护公司合法权益。
