ARA US Hospitality Trust Renamed to Acrophyte Hospitality Trust

ARA US Hospitality Trust (SGX:XZL) has changed its name to Acrophyte Hospitality Trust, effective Oct. 2, Wednesday, according to a same day filing with the Singapore Exchange on Wednesday.

The trust is a hospitality stapled group comprising ARA US Hospitality Property Trust, which has also been renamed to Acrophyte Hospitality Property Trust, and ARA US Hospitality Management Trust, which has been renamed to Acrophyte Hospitality Management Trust.

Furthermore, the name of the trust's manager has also been changed from ARA Trust Management (USH) to Acrophyte Hospitality Trust Management, and the name of the trustee-manager has been changed from ARA Business Trust Management (USH) to Acrophyte Hospitality Business Trust Management.

However, the existing counter code will remain unchanged, the filing said.

Shares of the REIT were down 2% in recent trading.
