克莉丝汀(01210.HK) 公布，2022年年度业绩公告、2023年中期业绩公告、2023年年度业绩公告、2024年中期业绩公告之审计及编制工作仍在进行。
克莉丝汀解释，公司已就2022年年度业绩公告与核数师签署委聘函，但仅支付部分审计费用，现正在筹措资金支付余下的审计费用，且核数师尚未收齐所有相关文件及资料以及支持性审计凭证。目前预计，待公司筹措到资金支付审计费用以及恢复营运后，将适时刊发待披露财务资料。
克莉丝汀亦披露，截至昨日(2日)，克莉丝汀已于新冠疫情期间关闭了烘焙工厂及烘焙店，但涉及约300名员工的有关终止雇佣关系的法律程序尚未完结。
另外，应克莉丝汀要求，其股份已自2023年4月3日起停牌，以待刊发截至2022年12月31日止年度之年度业绩公告，并将继续暂停买卖，直至另行通知为止。(js/k)
