Vista Group International (NZE:VGL, ASX:VGL) received a letter from Admetus Capital requesting the board call a special shareholder meeting to vote on the removal of the group's board chair and to appoint two Potentia-nominated directors, according to a Tuesday filing with the New Zealand bourse.
Potentia first contacted the board in June requesting three directors be appointed and for two directors to be appointed in September but was told there was insufficient shareholder support, the filing stated.
