China Carbon Neutral Development Group (HKG:1372) saw a decline in attributable loss for the eighteen months ended June 30 to HK$132.8 million from HK$197.5 million for the year ended Dec. 31, 2022, a Wednesday bourse filing stated.
The company has provided figures for the eighteen months that ended June 30 as it changed its financial year-end date to June 30 from Dec. 31 previously.
Loss per share stood at HK$0.289 in the period, down from HK$0.63 in the 12 months to December 2022.
The carbon asset manager saw a revenue of HK$959.1 million for the six quarters, up 35% from HK$709.4 million in fiscal year 2022.
The rise in revenue was mainly due to higher revenue from the firm's new carbon-neutral digital technology business.
