智通财经APP讯，中国天化工(00362)公布，于2024年9月26日，公司的间接全资附属拟向陈杭生先生及杨玉峰女士出售香港物业，代价为7200万港元。
据悉，物业位于香港浅水湾南湾坊25号南湾御苑1座8楼及9楼的复式单位B(包括其天台)及1座地下14号及15号停车场。物业(不包括停车位)及附属天台的实用面积分别约为2,914平方尺(相当于270.72平方米)及3,999平方尺(相当于371.52平方米)。
经考虑当前物业市场状况，香港物业市场竞争日益激烈及未来前景不稳定以及集团当前的财务、债务及流动资金状况，董事会认为出售事项为集团以合理价格变现物业价值的良机。此外，出售事项所得款项将增强集团的财务状况，并增加集团的一般营运资金。
