瑞尔集团(06639.HK) 公布，有关2023年股份购回计划拟购回不超过5,815.92万股，相当于当时已发行股本10%。截至今年9月25日，根据2023年股份购回已动用约1亿元购回合共1,756.1万股股份。
此外，董事已于9月26日举行的2024年股东周年大会上获授予一般授权，以购回不超过5,640.31万股股份，相当于当日已发行股份总数的10%。
