Codexis has named Georgia Erbez as its chief financial officer, succeeding Sri Ryali.
Erbez most recently served as chief operating officer at Walking Fish Therapeutics, a private B-cell therapy company. Prior, she has held executive roles at companies including Harpoon Therapeutics, Zosano Pharma and Revolution Medicines, the enzyme-engineering company said Wednesday.
Codexis also named Alison Moore to the newly-created role of chief technology officer, and named John Schiffhauer as senior vice president of intellectual property.
Also on Wednesday, the company announced an increase in its cash reserves through capital raises totaling $31 million.
