Tan Xiaoliang will step down as Yeo Hiap Seng's (SGX:Y03) chief research and development officer effective Oct. 31, a Friday bourse filing said.
The move comes about in order for Xiaoliang to pursue other interests.
Shares of the beverage maker closed nearly 3% higher on Friday.
