金吾财讯 | 内银股走强，截至发稿，盛京银行(02066)涨31.43%，哈尔滨银行(06138)涨25%，招商银行(03968)涨12.19%，邮储银行(01658)涨11.18%，中原银行(01216)涨8.57%，江西银行(01916)涨8.82%。中金发表报告指，假设1年和5年LPR下调20个基点，存量按揭利率平均下调50个基点，测算对息差的影响分别为9和6个基点，合计约15个基点，根据人行测算，本次利率调整总体对银行息差为中性，该行测算假设存款利率下调25个基点、降准50个基点能够基本对冲对于银行息差的影响。该行认为这一对冲主要考虑到为维持金融系统稳定有必要保持银行的合理息差和利润。中金认为本次房贷利率下调有望减轻借款人负担，同步出台的一线城市放松限购、金融十六条和经营物业贷政策延期、全国首付比例下限下调的政策都旨在促进房地产市场止跌回稳。同时后续存款利率的下调在支持实体经济和资本市场的同时充分考虑了对银行息差和资产质量的影响，有助于在银行稳健经营的同时实现和实体经济的共生共荣。
