大华继显发表研究报告表示,日前与领展(00823.HK) 管理层就截至今年6月底止2025财年首季度经营表现进行交流,发现尽管消费市道仍较疲弱,但领展旗下香港及中国内地主要投资物业续租租金水平略有复苏,超出预期,憧憬进入减息周期,领展将会有空间将净负债比率提高至不超过30%,可为潜在收并购提供150亿至300亿元的额外资本支持,期待未来领展能够进行有利于提升回报的并购交易。大华继显将领展目标价上调5.5%,由42.76升至45.08元,对应2025财年预测分派回报率为5.9%,维持“买入”评级。(gc/da)(港股报价延迟最少十五分钟。沽空资料截至 2024-10-03 16:25。)
