United Overseas Bank (SGX:U11) will issue AU$100 million in floating rate senior unsecured notes due in 2025 through its Sydney branch, according to a Thursday filing on the Singapore Exchange.
Notes of the regional bank will consolidate with AU$750 million in existing notes issued on Oct. 27, 2020, under its $30 billion global medium term note program.
The notes will bear a coupon of three-month BBSW plus 0.59% per annum, with a maturity date of Oct. 27, 2025. They are expected to be rated Aa1 by Moody's and AA- by both Standard & Poor's and Fitch Ratings.
The issue date is set for Oct. 11, with plans to list on the Singapore Exchange.
