Diagnostics firm Biolidics (SGX:8YY) has completed the issuance of 946 million new ordinary shares, according to a Thursday filing on the Singapore Exchange.
The issue includes 452 million shares to shareholders Yuan Zhijun and Wu Kunwei, 407 million to Zhu Hua, 76 million to Chen Lu, and 11 million to Icon Law, the filing said.
