熟悉内情的人士称，CVS Health正在探索各种方案，其中可能包括拆分公司，将其零售和保险部门分开，因为这家陷入困境的医疗服务公司希望在投资者的压力下扭转颓势。

　　消息人士说，拆分公司连锁药店和保险业务的计划已经与董事会讨论过，但董事会尚未决定 CVS 应采取的最佳行动方案，消息人士提醒说，这些计划尚未最终确定，CVS 可能会选择不同的策略。

　　消息人士说，CVS 还在讨论，如果要进行分拆，可能会产生两家上市公司，那么为医疗计划管理药品福利的药房福利管理部门是应该放在零售部门内，还是放在保险部门下。

　　此举将有效解除 CVS 在 2017 年以 700 亿美元收购医疗保险公司 Aetna 的标志性交易，同时也是 CVS 试图渡过其六十年历史上最具挑战性的时期之一。
