智通财经APP讯，联众(06899)公布，鉴于公司此前向AGAE发出律师函提出相关诉求后，截至本公告日，公司仍未收到回复。近日，公司已向AGAE发出追加的律师函要求AGAE尽快做出回应，并要求AGAE根据其章程及适用法律尽快且不迟于北京时间2024年12月25日召开其2024年度周年股东大会。同时，公司董事会主席、执行董事兼行政总裁陆京生先生已正式向AGAE提名及企业管治委员会发出律师函，以AGAE提名及企业管治委员会成员的身份，提出有关提名章力先生及马少华先生担任AGAE董事，以替代现任董事郭玉石先生及曲远飞先生的相应诉求。公司将视问询及调查结果采取适当措施，坚决维护公司合法权益。此外，公司及其法律顾问和审计师，正在加紧评估近期相关事件的影响和后果。
此外，公司股份继续停牌。
