Technology stocks were steady to lower premarket Thursday as the SPDR S&P Semiconductor ETF (XSD) was inactive and the Technology Select Sector SPDR Fund (XLK) was down a slight 0.3% recently.
Nano Dimension (NNDM) shares were up more than 1% after the company and Desktop Metal (DM) said Desktop Metal's stockholders have approved the merger agreement between the companies.
Canadian Solar's (CSIQ) Recurrent Energy subsidiary said BlackRock has completed its $500 million investment in Recurrent, with the receipt of the second and final payment. Canadian Solar shares were down more than 1% pre-bell.
Jabil (JBL) said it has completed the acquisition of Mikros Technologies on Oct. 1. Jabil shares were nearly 1% lower premarket.
