智通财经APP获悉，卡罗特(02549)昨日上市首日收涨逾58%，早盘再涨超5%，高见9.99港元较招股价5.78港元累涨超七成。截至发稿，涨5.57%，报9.66港元，成交额1.28亿港元。
据悉，卡罗特成立于2007年，作为新兴的全球生活方式厨具品牌，目前在中国、美国、西欧、东南亚及日本等主要市场的在线厨具细分领域建立卓越地位，已成为全球增长最快的厨具品牌之一。截至2024年6月5日，公司的在线业务已扩展至涵盖19个地区市场的19个在线市场合共48家自营网店。卡特罗产品组合包括超过2200个涵盖不同厨具类别的SKU，包括炊具、厨具、饮具、餐具及厨房小家电等。
根据灼识咨询报告，按2023年的零售额计，卡罗特在中国排名第四、美国第二、西欧第三、东南亚第二、日本第三。财务数据显示，2021年至2023年，公司营收从6.7亿元增长至15.8亿元，净利润从3170万元增长至2.3亿元。今年一季度，公司营收达5亿元，净利润率为17.6%。公司海外市场收益持续增长。2021年至2023年，卡罗特海外市场收入从5.04亿元增至12.56亿元，占总收益比重提升至79.3%。
