Bromat Holdings Proposes Rights Issue

Food and beverage company Bromat Holdings (SGX:9I7) is planning a rights issue of up to 154.1 million new shares at SG$0.042 each, according to a Wednesday filing on the Singapore Exchange.

Eligible shareholders will receive one rights share for every two shares held as of yet-to-be-determined record date.

The issue price reflects a 52.27% discount to the last traded price of SG$0.088 on the Singapore Exchange on Sept. 27.
