智通财经APP获悉，近日长实(01113)执行董事赵国雄接受采访时强调，香港楼价已经触底，楼价下跌空间有限，用家应趁机入市。银行减息对楼市及经济都有帮助，尤其对楼市效果已经显现，刚过去周末多个全新盘销情热烈，另一个即将推售的全新盘3日收票近万张，可见新盘市场信心开始复苏，未来数月美国进一步减息，若累积减息达2%，相信楼市会进一步升温。
至于楼价方面，赵国雄认为，目前新盘市场仍有一定库存，短期发展商会继续贴市场推盘，相信楼价难以出现大幅攀升的情况，但随着银行进一步减息，加上内地放水救市，整体经济前景变得乐观，相信楼价已成功触底。
他表示，相信未来数月楼价相对稳定，因为目前楼价水平不少新盘亏太狠，再跌价发展商宁愿不做；减息后楼价也难大升，因为市场仍有不少库存，最多个别优质项目有2%至3%加价空间。他又谓，年初至今楼价累跌约6%，未来数月交投量回升，楼价有条件回升2%至3%，与年初预测全年楼价5%波动相若。
