智通财经APP讯，马可数字科技(01942)发布公告，于本公告日期，所有先决条件已获达成，而完成已于2024年10月3日落实。合共1.55亿股配售股份已由配售代理根据配售协议的条款及条件按配售价每股配售股份0.53港元成功配售予不少于六名承配人，相当于紧随完成后公司经配发及发行配售股份扩大后的已发行股本总额约16.67%。
配售事项所得款项净额约为8133万港元。公司拟将该等配售事项所得款项净额用于以下用途：约86.07%用于扩展及发展集团保险及金融科技相关业务;及约13.93%用作集团一般营运资金及一般企业用途。
