South Korea and Laos held their third policy consultation on official development assistance (ODA) in Vientiane on Tuesday, resuming talks after a four-year pause due to the pandemic, Yonhap News reported Thursday.
Both nations agreed to expand cooperation in the areas of water resources, energy, education, and regional development. Discussion on the renewal of the expired Framework Arrangement of the Economic Development Cooperation Fund (EDCF) and potential projects also took place, the report said.
