海峡石油化工(00852.HK) 公布，法国金融市场管理局(AMF)于2020年2月28日作出决定，对Forever Winner International、其董事总经理姚国梁(公司执行董事)及林燕分别罚款80万、100万及60万欧元，原因为涉及复星及AXA Private Equity对Club Mediterranee SA的收购要约有关的内幕交易。
姚国梁解释，原本打算在有关减轻AMF的罚款所进行谈判结束后立即通知董事会。该等谈判目前正在进行中，结果仍有待确定。
集团于该事项中并无受到牵连，且AMF的罚款乃针对姚国梁个人这一事实，集团认为该事项对其并无重大不利影响，业务及营运亦维持正常。此外，董事会已成立一个由全体独立非执行董事组成的独立董事委员会调查该事项，并就该事项对姚国梁是否适合担任董事的影响向董事会提供建议。姚国梁将就有关该事项的调查与独立董事委员会合作。(jl/w)(港股报价延迟最少十五分钟。)
