智通财经APP获悉，卡罗特(02549)首挂上市，公告显示，每股定价5.78港元，共发行1.299亿股股份，每手500股，所得款项净额将约为6.93亿港元，香港公开发售接获1347.27倍认购。截至发稿，涨64.36%，报9.5港元，成交额3.09亿港元。
据悉，卡罗特成立于2007年，作为新兴的全球生活方式厨具品牌，目前在中国、美国、西欧、东南亚及日本等主要市场的在线厨具细分领域建立卓越地位，已成为全球增长最快的厨具品牌之一。截至2024年6月5日，公司的在线业务已扩展至涵盖19个地区市场的19个在线市场合共48家自营网店。卡特罗产品组合包括超过2200个涵盖不同厨具类别的SKU，包括炊具、厨具、饮具、餐具及厨房小家电等。
根据灼识咨询报告，按2023年的零售额计，卡罗特在中国排名第四、美国第二、西欧第三、东南亚第二、日本第三。财务数据显示，2021年至2023年，公司营收从6.7亿元增长至15.8亿元，净利润从3170万元增长至2.3亿元。今年一季度，公司营收达5亿元，净利润率为17.6%。
