　　新火科技控股（01611）公布，于2024年10月3日，HotGroup（ 该公司的间接全资附属公司 ）与Top Value订立协议，据此，HotGroup同意向账户存入合共800万枚泰达币（ 相当于800万美元及约6240万港元），由Top Value代表HotGroup全权管理现货及期货套利交易。

　　根据协议的条款，Top Value将全权管理HotGroup存入账户的数字资产组合，以透过Top Value的软件进行代币及代币衍生品的现货及期货套利交易。
