瑞银表示,本港8月零售额同比减10.1%,仅得290亿港元,略差于市场共识预测同比跌9%,但年减幅略有收窄。该行估计有大量港人出境,另一方面,数字显示,8月内地游客人数仍维持在370万人次,较去年同期增长7%(7月:+6%),并恢复至2018年8月水准的76%。几乎所有产品类别均较去年同期销售额下跌,药品、化妆品除外(+5%)。其中硬奢发布了跌幅最大,为-24%,其次是百货公司(-16%)、耐用消费品(-16%)和服装(-12%)。相比之下,食品和超市表现相对较好,分别为-4%和
0%增长。
该行预计市场已经消化了8月的零售销售弱势,而国庆假期期间大陆游客的强劲来港应该惠及旅游区商场营运者(即九龙仓置业(01997)及希慎兴业(00014))。
