金吾财讯 | 家电股午后拉升，截至发稿，美的集团(00300)涨13.82%，海信家电(00921)涨5.47%，海尔智家(06690)涨3.47%，TCL电子(01070)涨1.79%，创维集团(00751)涨1.43%。消息面上，中金发布研报指出，8月以来国内各地以旧换新开始陆续落地，截至9月20日，共有29个省市发布相关细则。除了中央政策提及的空调、冰箱、洗衣机及彩电等八类大家电及厨电产品外，部分地方政府也针对扫地机、洗碗机、小家电、智能家居等品类提供力度相近的补贴。方正证券表示，在国内，随着地产对家电影响减弱，家电更新需求占比逐渐提升。该行预期促进家电以旧换新会是一个持续的课题。天风证券认为，后续随着线上渠道逐渐接入以旧换新，以及双十一大促节点的到来，国内家电零售数据有望持续保持景气态势，给家电品牌及上游零部件企业四季度出货带来弹性。
