辉瑞公司（Pfizer）将从出售Haleon的股票和Haleon的股票回购中获得总计约26.6亿英镑（约合35.6亿美元）。高盛国际周二表示，辉瑞以每股380便士的价格出售了英国消费者医疗健康业务Haleon的6.4亿股普通股。出售价格较Haleon周一收盘价392.90便士折价3.3%。高盛还表示，除了发售股票外，Haleon周一还同意以相同的价格、通过场外交易从辉瑞那里回购约6，050万股股票，总价约为2.3亿英镑。交易完成后，辉瑞在Haleon的持股比例将从约22.6%降至约15%。
