Harbour Digital Asset Capital (HKG:0913) has terminated its investment management agreement with Evergrande Securities (Hong Kong), effective Friday, a Thursday filing with the Hong Kong exchange said.

ESHK informed the company that it would be discontinuing its investment management services due to changes in its management team.

The company will seek a new investment manager to replace Evergrande Securities. The board will take over the activities for managing the company's investments until a new investment manager is appointed.

The company hired Evergrande Securities as its investment manager on Nov. 30, 2020.

The investment holding company's shares were up over 16% in recent trade.
