Spacetalk (ASX:SPA) signed a reseller partnership with Talius Group (ASX:TAL) for its wearable emergency device, but retracted its previously disclosed sales projection for to the deal.
In a Sept. 30 filing, Spacetalk said Talius will become the exclusive distributor of the Spacetalk Life Mobile Personal Emergency Response System devices in Australia and New Zealand. The devices will be sold to the aged care sector starting the second quarter of FY25.
Spacetalk also disclosed the deal's expected number of sold devices and financial contribution to its revenue, which it later retracted in an Oct. 1 filing. The safety and communications technology company reiterated that it cannot "quantify the financial impact of the collaboration agreement with Talius at this time."
Spacetalk's shares were up 9% in recent trade.
