智通财经APP讯，新城悦服务(01755)公布，于2024年10月3日，董事长戚小明先生以自有资金在公开市场按平均价约每股3.91港元，购买合共20万股公司股份，总代价约78.2万港元。紧随购买之后，戚小明先生被视作持有合共488万股股份(包括45万股公司购股权及35万股公司奖励股份)，占公司于本公告日期已发行股本总额约0.56%。
戚小明先生认为公司财务状况稳健，公司也一直坚持持续用分红回馈其股东，戚小明先生强调彼对公司前景及内在价值的信心，并对整个物业管理行业长远发展坚定看好。
