智通财经APP讯，海峡石油化工(00852)发布公告，公司董事会(董事，统称董事会)最近得悉，金融市场管理局(为法国的金融市场监管机构，下称AMF)于2020年2月28日作出决定，对Forever Winner International Development Ltd.、其董事总经理姚国梁(为公司执行董事 )及林燕分别罚款80万欧元、100万欧元及60万欧元，原因为涉及复星及AXA Private Equity对Club Méditerranée SA的收购要约有关的内幕交易(该事项)。
姚国梁解释，彼原本打算在有关减轻AMF的罚款所进行谈判结束后立即通知董事会。该等谈判目前正在进行中，结果仍有待确定。
根据董事会现有的资料，以及集团于该事项中并无受到牵连且AMF的罚款乃针对(其中包括 )姚国梁个人这一事实，董事会认为该事项对集团并无重大不利影响，而集团的业务及营运亦维持正常。
