金吾财讯 | 雪佛龙(CVX)同意以65亿美元的价格将加拿大西部油砂和页岩资产的股份出售给加拿大自然资源(CNQ)。根据雪佛龙周一的一份声明，该交易涉及雪佛龙在阿萨巴斯卡油砂项目20%的权益和在阿尔伯塔省Duvernay页岩70%的股份。这笔全现金交易于9月1日生效，预计将在第四季度完成，但须经监管部门批准。此次资产出售之际，雪佛龙正将其增长计划越来越多地集中在世界其他地区，特别是美国的二叠纪盆地和哈萨克斯坦的Tengiz油田，其中485亿美元的扩建项目即将完成。据悉，加拿大自然资源通过加拿大丰业银行和加拿大皇家银行提供的40亿美元定期贷款为这笔交易提供资金。加拿大自然资源同日还宣布了将季度股息提高7%。
