New Silkroutes (SGX:BMT) has applied to the SGX-ST for waivers and extensions regarding its annual general meeting (AGM) and financial reporting deadlines, according to a Friday filing on the Singapore Exchange.

The logistics and supply chain company has sought to extend its AGM deadline for the financial year ended June 30 to Dec. 30, up from Oct. 31. It also requests an extension to Dec. 15 for issuing its annual report, originally due on Oct. 16, and to Dec. 31 for its sustainability report, initially due by Oct. 31.

Additionally, it aims to delay the release of its unaudited financial statements for the first quarter ending Sept. 30 until Dec. 31.

These requests are part of the company's restructuring efforts, which include the disposal of several subsidiaries and the completion of its fiscal 2023 reports.

The High Court of Singapore has sanctioned the company's scheme of arrangement, which requires the resubmission of a trading resumption proposal to the SGX-ST by Dec. 31.
