Astec Industries (ASTE) said Monday it has appointed Brian Harris as chief financial officer, effective immediately.
Harris, who most recently served as CFO of Summit Materials (SUM), succeeds interim CFO Heinrich Jonker, who will continue to serve as vice president of finance of Astec's infrastructure solutions, the company said.
