Connexa Sports Technologies Shares Rise After Licensing Agreement

Shares of Connexa Sports Technologies, which owns 20% of Yuanyu Enterprise Management, were up 25% to $9.25 after the company said it has entered into an exclusive license agreement with Eternity Technology Limited, a U.K.-based entity, covering the U.K. and Switzerland, as well as major European markets.

The personal matchmaking company said this agreement incorporates minimum payments to Yuanyu of more than $19 million across calendar years 2024 to 2026.

Yuanyu owns proprietary intellectual property in the matchmaking business sector, including five AI matchmaking patents.

Aside from the U.K. and Switzerland, the agreement covers European markets including Austria, Belgium, Denmark, France, Germany, Greece, Ireland, Italy, Luxembourg, the Netherlands, Portugal and Spain.
