由恒地(00012.HK) 、中国海外(00688.HK) 、新世界发展(00017.HK) 、华懋集团、帝国集团及会德丰地产合作发展，位于启德的“天泷”率先开放两个四房现楼单位供传媒参观，分别为第5座25楼A室四房双套连装修大宅及第5座25楼B室四房双套大宅。会德丰地产副主席兼常务董事黄光耀表示，两个现楼单位均预计短期内开放予公众参观。
恒基物业代理营业(二)部副总经理李菲茹指，项目另设有两个连装修现楼单位，筹备工作将会在一至二周内完成。项目一共将会有四个连装修现楼单位供公众参观。
恒基物业代理营业(二)部副总经理伦国新指出，项目已届现楼，上周起陆续安排入伙，现正部署推售可享维港海景的三、四房大单位，预计10月下旬以招标形式发售。
黄光耀提到，政府刚刚提出加快推展启德智慧绿色集体运输系统，目标在2026年批出建造合约，将进一步完善区内配套。
对于本港楼市，近期市场畅旺，10月成交宗数已接近600宗。市场气氛理想，加上股市畅旺，料带动财富效应。买家信心上升并加快入市，发展商亦积极推盘，预计10月可达1,500至2,000宗成交。
