智通财经APP获悉，内房股今日早盘继续回落，截至发稿，融创中国(01918)跌7.1%，报3.27港元；远洋集团(03377)跌7.27%，报0.51港元；万科企业(02202)跌4.36%，报10.52港元；新城发展(01030)跌4.29%，报2.9港元。
消息面上，住房和城乡建设部公布了近期全国楼市表现的数据。9月底以来，各地陆续出台房地产优化调整措施，市场积极反应。国庆期间，反映购房意愿的看房量、到访量大幅上升，多地商品房销量出现不同程度增长，市场信心有所恢复。
中指研究院指出，近期中央释放明确信号后，相关政策或将得到快速落实，配合财政货币政策加力，房地产预期有望有所好转，预计四季度市场销售将迎来边际改善，但市场拐点仍依赖于政策力度、落地节奏以及居民就业收入预期等因素，预计短期市场整体仍将处于筑底阶段。建银国际表示，虽然基本面复苏需要时间来观察，但该行认为估值重估会先一步发生并将持续更长时间。但该行提醒投资者关注近期的获利回吐和股权融资活动带来的风险。
