智通财经APP获悉，四环医药(00460)高开近14%，截至发稿，涨13.89%，报0.82港元，成交额171.54万港元。
消息面上，四环医药发布公告，公司将根据市况及资金安排自本公告日期起计12个月内，按董事会不时决定的时间及次数，在市场上购回总额不超过5亿港元的股份(已包含公司2024年上半年已透过香港联合交易所有限公司购回的约536万港元的股份)。公司将从其可用的现金储备为购回股份提供资金。
据介绍，公司的医美及创新药新业务取得多项积极的业务进展，公司精心孵化的医美平台渼颜空间目前已发展成为国内领先的医美公司，拥有完整的研产销一体化平台，布局了超过60款的医美产品管线，覆盖爱美人士全生命周期需求。公司自主研发的近20款创新药及糖尿病生物类似药产品均已获批上市，将为公司的制药业务的未来收入增长带来强劲新动能。
