智通财经APP获悉，基建股继续走高，截至发稿，中国通号(03969)涨11.85%，报4.06港元；中国中铁(00390)涨9.78%，报5.05港元；中国铁建(01186)涨8.87%，报6.63港元；中国交通建设(01800)涨6.48%，报5.75港元。
中信建投指出，政策利好持续释放，北上广深等一线城市在地产限购政策、首付比例方面大幅放松，国家发改委也将在8号国新办发布会介绍增量政策。我们认为当前利好政策有望持续，在资本市场、地产和财政政策方面均有望加码，低估值建筑央企和房建、基建板块均直接受益。
该行指出，国庆假期期间港股市场持续上涨，五家在港股上市的建筑央企平均涨幅达21.5%，AH溢价率从110%下降至90%，A股建筑央企投资性价比提升，在政策决心已显，利好不断释放的情况下我们持续看好低估值建筑央国企。
