智通财经APP讯，基石药业-B(02616)发布公告，公司将在第39届癌症免疫治疗学会(SITC)年会上公布基石药业管线2.0重磅产品CS2009(PD-1、CTLA-4及VEGFa三特异性抗体)的临床前研究数据。SITC年会将于2024年11月6日至10日在美国休斯顿举行。
作为基石药业管线2.0重磅产品，CS2009是一款潜在同类首创/同类最优的下一代肿瘤免疫骨架产品，其靶向肿瘤微环境中PD-1、CTLA-4及VEGFa三个关键的免疫抑制途径，能够重新激活接近耗竭状态的肿瘤浸润T细胞，并具备与原抗VEGFa抗体相当的VEGFa中和能力。CS2009可加深基于PD-(L)1疗法的疗效，因此其涵盖的瘤种将更加广泛，包括非小细胞肺癌、卵巢癌、肾细胞癌、宫颈癌、肝细胞癌、胃癌等。并且因为同时靶向了CTLA-4，CS2009将有可能进一步治疗对于PD-(L)1疗法疗效不佳的PD-L1表达水平低及阴性的患者。
临床前数据显示，CS2009在免疫正常小鼠模型中展示出的抗肿瘤活性明显优于潜在竞品，例如 PD-(L)1/CTLA-4双抗和PD-(L)1/VEGFa双抗。
CS2009目前正处于新药研究(IND)申请准备流程中，基石药业预计于2024年底或2025年初提交IND申请、2025年初正式进入首次人体研究。
