智通财经APP获悉，物管股集体转弱，截至发稿，雅生活服务(03319)跌16.81%，报3.86港元；华润万象生活(01209)跌16.73%，报32.9港元；碧桂园服务(06098)跌13.25%，报6.94港元。
大摩发布研报指出，根据最新的数据显示，其所追踪的三十个主要地产商在9月的合同销售同比跌44%，环比则升2%，国企继续跑赢。该行料在更强的政策支持下，住宅市场气氛较佳，第四季的销售将会按季显著回升。该行指出，继续看好受惠于住宅及消费的个股，具有防守性的国企地产商或会在强劲的第四季销售下跑赢同业。
星展则认为，随著市场情绪恢复理性，物管股将处于弱势局面，但因行业的基本面稳定，且股息率吸引，2024年平均股息率超过4%，某些陷入财困的公司股息率更高达7%，为政策转向提供更安全的替代方案。
