智通财经APP讯，中国国家文化产业(00745)发布公告，考虑到公司对审计服务的需求及经公司审核委员会建议，公司董事会决议提请公司股东于公司将于2024年11月18日召开的股东特别大会上批准(其中包括)委任致宝信勤会计师事务所有限公司作为公司截至2025年3月31日止年度的核数师，并授权董事会厘定核数师的酬金。有关委任核数师的建议须待公司股东于股东特别大会上批准后方可作实。
