消息面上，天伦燃气发布公告，9月27日，公司与总回报掉期交易对手方订立第四项总回报掉期交易及第五项总回报掉期交易。两项掉期交易的目的是对冲因未来潜在股价升值而导致收购股份成本上升的风险，旨在减轻对公司股份奖励计划及其他未来事项的影响。
此外，国家此前发布天然气上下游价格联动机制，部分城市已落实调价政策。摩根大通发布研究报告称，预计燃气股可受惠于利润前景、现金流及监管环境改善。天伦燃气宣布派发每股4.79分的中期股息，对应着30.0%的核心盈利派息率，彰显了公司稳健的盈利能力和积极的股东回报政策。
