智通财经APP获悉，由医疗巨头Kaiser Permanente支持的生物制药公司CAMP4 Therapeutics(CAMP.US)周一表示，将在美国首次公开募股(IPO)中寻求至多2.83亿美元的目标估值。CAMP4计划发行500万股股票，每股定价在14美元至16美元之间，筹资至多8,000万美元。
随着期待已久的政策宽松周期开始，该公司将加入最近上市的一批生物技术公司的行列。创业公司也在寻求赶在下个月美国总统大选可能带来的不确定性之前加入队伍。
这家位于马萨诸塞州剑桥市的公司正在开发治疗多种遗传疾病的疗法。其主要候选产品CMP-CPS-001用于治疗最常见的尿素循环疾病，目前正在早期临床试验中进行评估。
CAMP4由曾在渤健(BIIB.US)和赛诺菲安万特(SNY.US)工作的Josh mandelbrehm领导。该公司将在纳斯达克上市，代码为“CAMP”。摩根大通、Leerink Partners、Piper Sandler和William Blair是此次IPO的承销商。
