智通财经APP讯，阿仕特朗金融(08333)发布公告，于2024年10月7日(交易时段后)，公司与配售代理订立配售协议，据此，公司已委任配售代理按尽力基准及待配售事项的先决条件获达成后，以每股配售股份0.26港元的价格向不少于六名独立承配人配售最多1000万股配售股份。每股配售股份0.26港元的配售价较：股份于配售协议的日期于联交所所报的收市价每股0.325港元折让20.00%。
假设配售股份获悉数配售，则配售事项的所得款项总额及净额将分别为260万港元及约250万港元。公司拟将所有所得款项净额用于集团的一般营运资金。
