智通财经APP获悉，多元化制造商霍尼韦尔(HON.US)周二表示，将剥离先进材料业务，并使其成为一家在美国独立上市的公司。该业务生产的产品用于从防弹装甲到药品包装等各种领域。
霍尼韦尔新任首席执行官Vimal Kapur过去几年一直在精简公司的业务组合，并将重点转向航空、自动化和能源领域。
去年，先进材料业务占霍尼韦尔366.6亿美元总销售额的10%。
霍尼韦尔预计，该业务在2024财年将创造37亿至39亿美元的销售额。
霍尼韦尔表示，计划中的分拆预计将于明年年底或2026年初完成，不会影响公司的整体前景。
霍尼韦尔的市值约为1320亿美元，为包括建筑、航空航天和工业应用在内的各个领域提供产品、软件和服务。
