智通财经APP讯，亨鑫科技(01085)发布公告，经过公司的股东于2024年4月29日召开的2023年股东周年大会审议通过，公司重新委聘毕马威会计师事务所(毕马威香港)为公司香港的核数师以及 Messrs KPMG LLP(毕马威新加坡)为公司新加坡的核数师(毕马威香港及毕马威新加坡统称“毕马威”)，其任期直至 2024年12月31日止年度的股东周年大会结束为止。
于2024年10月8日，因公司未能与毕马威就截至2024年12月31日止年度的核数费用达成共识，公司收到毕马威关于辞去公司的香港核数师及新加坡核数师的通知，自2024年10月8日起生效。
因需要填补空缺，根据审计委员会的建议，董事会建议委任先机会计师行有限公司为公司新任的香港核数师以及 FL Assurance 为公司新任的新加坡核数师，并任职至公司下一届股东周年大会结束为止。
