智通财经APP讯，阿仕特朗金融(08333)发布公告，内容有关根据一般授权配售最多1000万股配售股份的公告。
诚如公告所披露，公司与配售代理订立配售协议，公司已委任配售代理按尽力基准及待配售事项之先决条件获达成后，以每股配售股份0.26港元的价格向不少于六名独立承配人配售最多1000万股配售股份。
公司及配售代理经公平磋商后于2024年10月8日订立配售协议补充协议，据此，各方双方同意将配售价修订为每股配售股份0.261港元。
每股配售股份0.261港元的配售价较股份于配售协议之日期于联交所所报的收市价每股 0.325 港元折让约 19.69%；及股份于紧接配售协议之日期前最后五个交易日于联交所所报的平均收市价每股 0.322 港元折让约 18.94%。
假设配售股份获悉数配售，则配售事项的所得款项总额及净额将分别为约260万港元及约250万港元。公司拟将所有所得款项净额用于集团的一般营运资金。假设配售股份获悉数配售，则净配售价将为每股配售股份约 0.25 港元。
除上述变动外，配售协议的所有条款及条件保持不变且继续具十足效力及效用。
应公司要求，股份已自2024年10月8日（星期二）上午九时正起在联交所暂停买卖，以待刊发本补充公告。公司已向联交所申请自2024年10月8日（星期二）下午一时正起恢复股份在联交所的买卖。
