智通财经APP讯，瑞纳智能(301129.SZ)公告，公司全资子公司合肥瑞纳智能能源管理有限公司(乙方)与费县泰源热力有限公司(甲方)正式签署《费县城区AI低碳智慧供热合同能源管理(EMC)项目合同》，承揽费县城区AI低碳智慧供热合同能源管理(EMC)项目，项目的投资费用由乙方承担，预计总投资约1.07亿元。
本合同为合同能源管理(EMC)项目合同，子公司与供热企业以合同的形式约定项目节能分享方式，通过自主投入节能产品和方案设计向供热企业提供供热节能服务，双方在项目合同期内分享节能效益。
